Evening with Alli and Loran

We had dinner with Alli and Loran the night before they moved back to Utah. After dinner, we took a walk along a canal that leads to Lake Oswego. Loran and Amelia had fun throwing pinecones at the ducks and Alli and Amelia loved doing somersaults on the grass.

Amelia sweeping. Notice that the handle is up against a bowl of salad that Amelia knocked to the ground 1 second after I took this picture. She had fun sweeping up the lettuce :)

The Bond family walking to the canal

Loran throwing pinecones at the ducks.
I loved seeing little Amelia hold hands and play with her big, burley uncle.

Aunt Alli showing Amelia the ducks. Amelia LOVES Alli. Everytime my phone rings she says "Alli? Alli?" and loves it when we get to visit her. We'll miss her this summer!

Amelia re-loading with pinecones - she calls them "popsicones" a mixture of popsicles and pinecones. And she won't wear a hair clip for more than 30 seconds, so she had to hold her hair out of her face the entire time.

Not a good day to wear white pants - she got quite dirty.

Doing somersaults with Aunt Alli. She was in heaven!

Now it's Alli's turn!
Matt was being silly while putting on Amelia's shoes and Amelia was laughing so hard.

Angie moved to Palo Alto, CA in 2001 to get her Masters degree in Chemistry at Stanford. Matt got his MBA at BYU and started a job at The GAP in San Fransisco in 2002. We met in the Stanford singles ward and were married in the SLC Temple in 2003. Our little Amelia was born prematurely in August 2006 weighing 1lb 15oz. She is still small for her age, but perfectly healthy. Baby Chase was born 7 weeks early in September, but is now home and growing like a...baby.
